Paulien Harmsen has a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Twente, specializing in material science. Besides her activities at Anderlus, Paulien is a senior scientist with more than 25 years of experience in the field of natural resources, biobased products and the Circular Economy. Her love and fascination for natural materials led to the creation of her own fossil-free wardrobe, where chemistry, creativity and fashion comes together. She is fully committed to make the textile sector more sustainable with her expertise in the field of material science and renewable materials, combined with her creative mindset.

Rosan van Boven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion & Design from AMFI Amsterdam with a specialisation in textiles from Nottingham Trent University. After graduating, she independently transferred a production factory from Wuxi, China to Skopje, Macedonia. Subsequently, she started working as head of Design for a company that specialises in bast fibre textiles. Next to Anderlus, Rosan also runs Fabriek Fris, a confection atelier that produces clothes for well-known established brands as well as upcoming brands. With Fabriek Fris, she managed to win the innovation prize regio food valley in 2021 with the project MAEAN; from waste to workwear.
